Our state-of-the-art CNC gear shapers manufacture high-quality spur gears for the aerospace industry. This equipment is capable of machining dimensions of 10″ round with a 4″ cutting depth on a variety of materials, including aluminum, stainless steel, brass, bronze, and high-temperature alloys. Our machining capabilities enable us to produce products in varying production run sizes, from prototypes and small runs to high volumes and blanket orders. Also, for customer convenience, we utilize a wide array of file formats.
Components for the aerospace sector, as well as other sectors we serve, need to be durable and reliable. To control product quality, we use standard metrology techniques along with GEAR PRO on our ZEISS coordinate measuring machines.
