Our Quality Control area is staffed by experienced inspectors, trained to understand the  requirements of our customers. We are comfortable with the most stringent demands. Our Quality Policy states we strive to meet your requirements, in every way. Our systems are audited annually to the requirements of AS 9100:2004.

Beyond the standard enviornment of a QC room, Mallory has moved the inspection process  right to where the tools meet the metal. Where applicable, we have pc workstations where our machinists enter dimensional data into process tracking software, where CpK values are automatically displayed.
