Mallory embarked in a half million dollar infrastructure update project November 2009.
Quality and Shipping areas increase in size by 50 percent, while also increasing manufacturing floor space.
A 60" x 30" High Speed Vertical Machining Center was installed. This machine, with it's extreme traverse rates, high speed spindle & 1000 psi coolant delivery system will allow us to further serve existing customers and add additional capacity towards serving the complex machined parts market.
New to Quality Assurance, a Zeiss Contoura 40" x 80" automated CMM has been installed, allowing us to cover our full machining envelope with supportive automated inspection.
New to Shipping and Recieving, a foam based packaging system, allowing us to ship worldwide without concern for handling damages.
New to our Shop floor, an expanded assembly area, a reloacted and expanded management office, tool storage, additional network capacity and shop floor computer workstations. |
